The Most Amazing Teacher

So I met Pandit Dabral during the pandemic in an online class that my mother told me to try.  When I took the class and listened to him talk, I was immediately attracted to what he was teaching. He was talking about pranayamas and when I did the Bhastrika with him - it was so energizing and it immediately opened up my awareness and I felt so good and wondered why did I ever stop doing these pranayamas and at the same time I also felt I need to share and teach this to others so they can also learn. 

However, I also have a profession as a physician and two little kids so I thought how can I really be able to practise and commit to this. But Panditji invited me to a retreat which I thought would be impossible to join, but he texted me and then I decided to give it a try. I joined with the kids by my side at it was summer break of the pandemic and all the camps were shutdown or online. 

I subsequently delved deeper into my inner journey that had already begun over 20 years ago. Yes, I had been meditating quite regularly for a very long time and I still felt like I was getting a PHD in yoga science learning mantras and pranayama, jappa, meditation, hatha yoga, and chakra sadhna. He had introduced me to tantra and this took me beyond just yoga and meditation but a whole system of healing my mind and body from the inside out. Wow, I feel I have been totally transformed. It  has helped to deepen my concentration and focus, increase my energy levels and self confidence. It has helped me to overall become a better human being in this life. Practising the chakra sadhna has been so healing to my mind and body allowing me to become elevated daily and reach heights I didn't know I was capable of. Therefore learning tantra and practising daily with Pandit Dabral has been an elevated life changing experience and I would like to share these teachings so others around me can also learn and benefit as I have. We have been practising the meditation for over 4 years now with people from around the world and  it has been just such a blessing for me.
